Welcome to the Secret Garden South of Bobber's Mill Bridge in Nottingham

Welcome to Windmill Community Gardens, home of the Climate Friendly Gardeners Project.

We are a group of local people, who are nurturing a wonderful community garden in the heart of the city. You'll find us just South of Bobbersmill Bridge, on the allotment site at the South end of Ascot Road. The Gardens are a great place where anyone can come to find out more about growing their own food in a changing climate. We cater for all abilities and welcome any nationality or age group.

Why not come and join us?

Home Pumpkin Celebration Day 4 - First Recipe Workshop - Pumpkin Pancakes and Toffee Sauce!

Today, we're linking with Refugee Roots again to bring you our second cooking workshop

- pumpkin pancakes with toffee sauce!

Tracey will be part of a second Zoom Call at 5pm today, showing a video of her making the recipe in the her kitchen. She will be able to answer any questions you have, and after that, you'll be able to access the video at a link we'll post below. There will be a Zoom launch for a recipe video on Friday as well, at 5pm, but don't worry if you can't make it, as the recipes will be hosted afterwards on the Refugee Roots site.

If you'd benefit from being given the ingredients to help you make the recipe, you can apply for a recipe box - we have quite a number to give away. Comment under each of the posts if you are interested in the ingredients for that recipe. Happy cooking!
